Alan and Felicia's Wedding Cake

This was my favorite cake so far!!! I made this cake for my cousin Alan & his fiance Felicia's Wedding. They wanted a yellow three tiered cake and gave me a picture of what they wanted. Although in the end it didnt look exactly like the picture they gave me...it was beautiful!! It looked better than I could have ever imagined it. I hand made all the white Calla Lillies by hand with gum paste and they are edible! At the last minute they gave me the red flowers and by last minute I mean hours before the wedding, but we made it work! I was so pleased with the outcome and was very blessed to have the opportunity to make something so beautiful for them on their special day! I wish them many happy and blessed years to come!!

Wii Cake

I made this cake for a groom shower. He loves wii and marble cake. So naturally I made a marble cake in the shape of the wii. This cake turned out wonderful. It looks just like the wii remote. It was a fun party and the cake just added to it!

I loved making this cake for my cousin's wedding! They had beautiful flowers in pink and oranges! They asked me to make them a yellow cake three tiers high and left the decoration up to me. I kept it very simple and clean! I know they enjoyed this cake along with everyone who was there and I wish them many years of happiness!!

They also asked me to make a chocolate grooms cake. They left the complete design and theme up to me. Since I know my cousin all too well I knew he would love a hunting themed cake. I made an all chocolate cake and made a river and fondant fish in it and fondant trees. It was cute yet manly with the board wrapped in camo duck tape!!!Not to mention very yummy!!

Tennesse Vols Cake

I made this cake for a huge Tennessee Vols fans. It was my first football helmet cake, but I thought it turned out good. I had so much fun making it. In fact a friend of mine came over and I showed her a lot of the things I do when making cakes. This cake was all chocolate. He was super excited when he got it. He was smiling from ear to ear. I was so glad I could make him this cake for his birthday!

This was my favorite cake to make so far. This was my first try at a stacked and fondant covered cake. Thank goodness it worked haha. My nephew who was turning 4 LOVES spiderman so I knew it was go big or go home. This was 2 chocolate tiers and 1 yellow tier. I had fun making the spider webs out of royal icing. By the end of the first night this cake became a family affair. I was stacking cakes as my dad cut dowels and my mom and grandmother were rolling fondant balls. All in all I was very happy with this cake and I'm pretty sure my nephew thought it was awesome.
