A friend of mine asked me to make a small cake for her and her husband's anniversary just big enough for 2 people. So we were brainstorming and then she told me they never had a wedding cake and I thought how perfect I'll make a mini wedding cake for them. So this is what I came up with. Very simple yet elegant. This cake was less than 8 inches tall. Their favorite cake was red velvet with cream cheese frosting. This cake was delicious!

Tiannah's Rockstar Birthday!
This was one AWESOME cake!! It was for a 13 yr old who had a rockstar themed birthday! I had never done zebra print before but I think it turned out great! This was also the first time I had ever made an edible guitar out of rice krispy treats. This cake turned out better than I ever imagined. This was a chocolate and yellow cake with buttercream. I didn't get to see Tiannah when I delivered it but her father was VERY excited!!!
Spongebob Cake
I loved making this cake. Spongebob is sooo cute!! This was for a little boy. Spongebob was half yellow cake and half chocolate cake with buttercream icing. I had to get every detail right because I knew the little boy would notice. I love his little socks!! We made little hamburger cupcakes to go along with it as Krabby Patties!
Millan's Airplane Birthday!
This was for a little boy that had an airplane themed birthday! His mom wanted his cake to match his invitations. I hand made all the airplanes on the cake. They had his intials on top of the airplanes and it said MP AIRLINES on the side of the planes. We made a runway around the top of the bottom tier and made a tower for the background. This was a yellow spongecake with buttercream icing.
Braelyn's Birthday!
This cake was for an adorable little girl. Her mom had a dress that had cupcakes on it so she wanted the cake to match. This cake was sooo cute when I got done. The top was a huge cupcake!! This was a fun cake to make...I mean how could making a huge cupcake not be fun!!!
Jackie's 50th Birthday
I made this cake for someone very special to me.....my MOTHER!! It was a surprise for her. She knew I was making her a cake but she knew no details of it. Her favorite colors are purple, yellow, and green. Her birthday falls right around the time of mardi gras as well. So I went for a fun look to her cake since I know she wasnt to happy about the 50th birthday candles we stuck into it afterwards. This was my first topsy turvy cake I've ever made and I must say I was very pleased with it. This cake was yellow spongecake with buttercream icing. To get the height on this cake I used a dummy cake for the top layer. It is a piece of styrofoam shaped to the topsy turvy shape. I just iced it and decorated it like a regular cake layer. Its a great way to get the height you want without actually having more cake than you need!!
Valentines Day!!
This was something new I tried. These were cakes on the bottom with cake balls on top! I had all different kinds of cakes and cake balls. There was yellow cake, chocolate cake and red velvet cake!! They were lots of fun to make and they will definately make someone feel very special that recieves it. They could have any flavor combination. Some of the cake balls had nuts on it, sprinkles, colored sugar, chocolate and toffee pieces. Yummy!!!
Iyana's 9th Birthday
This cake was made for a little 9 year old girl who loves pink!! I added a few more colors to it to make it pop! I know I say I love all of my cakes but this is truely one of my favorites! The cake was yellow on bottom tier with buttercream and chocolate with buttercream icing on the top tier. She was very happy with the cake and so was I!!
Kionna's 16th Birthday
This birthday cake was made for a very good friend of mines sister. She said she wanted something yellow, blue and red for her 16th birthday since those were her favorite colors. I must say that this was a bit challenging because I wanted to add all of her favorite colors without it being too childish. So I played around with the colors and made a very bright yellow and red and then made a very pretty almost ocean blue. The cake was yellow cake with buttercream icing. I had a lot of fun with this one.
